Sweepstakes Description: Top Gun: Maverick Sweepstakes begins as of 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT “) on May 13, 2022 and ends as of 11:59:59 p.m. PT on May 29, 2022 (“Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to PT. The only way to enter this Sweepstakes is by using the Internet as described below.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary for a chance to win. To enter the Sweepstakes, log onto www.LVVets.com (“Website”). Click on “Click to Enter” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). You will be asked to complete the entry form with your full name as it appears on your government-issued identification card, license, or passport; your complete address including city, state and zip code; your best reachable and functioning mobile and/or home telephone number (including area code); your email address; your branch of service; your status (active duty, reserve, retired, veteran); and your dates of service. You will be asked to upload and submit a copy of your US Military ID or VA ID, or a copy of your DD-214. Once completed, transmit the entry form by clicking on “Submit” to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. You will also automatically be entered into the Las Vegas Veterans database for membership eligibility. Becoming a Las Vegas Veterans member is not required to enter the Sweepstakes and membership will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, per active-duty military personnel, reservist, national guardsman, veteran or retiree. Entries in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified. Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. PT on May 26, 2022. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is only open to US veterans and active duty or retired military personnel residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the U.S.A. and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions and all Overseas Military Installations), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who have Internet access. Employees of Las Vegas Veterans, Regal Cinemas, Paramount Pictures Studios, Sweepstakes administrator and their respective advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not legally related, are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and the Sweepstakes administrator reserve the right to verify eligibility of all entrants.

Prizes/Odds of Winning: Odds of winning a Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional Prize conditions, limitations and restrictions may apply. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to any requested ticket or concession upgrades or additions. Winner will be responsible for any additional costs and incidentals associated with the prize. Winners will be emailed their respective prize at the email address entered on the entry form no later than one hour after the Sweepstakes winners are selected. If email delivery is returned, prize will be forfeited and no additional compensation will be awarded in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in accordance with this Sweepstakes Official Rules. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery of a Prize. All other expenses and items not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules are not included and are each winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes may not be exchanged, given away or gifted. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of a Prize is permitted. Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours after the notification date. Otherwise, another winner may be selected or the prize may be forfeited. The value of the Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s and Sweepstakes administrator’s good faith determination of the ARV thereof and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the ARV of a Prize is more than the actual retail value of the Prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Prizes and prize notifications will be sent to email addresses of the Winners. Any depictions of Prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Sweepstakes administrator is the not guarantor of the Prizes.

Drawing and Notification of Winners: Potential winners will be randomly selected in a drawing held on the contest end date (“Drawing Date”) from among all eligible Entries received by Sweepstakes administrator. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail within approximately one (1) day of Drawing Date. Potential winners will be notified of his/her winning status at the time he/she receives his/her prize. Prizes and prize notifications will be sent only to the email addresses listed on the entry form. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if potential winner is found to be ineligible, if potential winner cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants further grant to Las Vegas Veterans the right to use and publish their proper first name and state online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Las Vegas Veterans to use winners’ names and likenesses, if available, for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation to or from either party unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes administrator, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects. Potential winner will be required to electronically sign a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and any other document that Sweepstakes administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively “Release”), within one (1) business days after receipt or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. By accepting a Prize, winners attest to the authenticity of their winning Entry. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy (located at https://www.LVVets.com), except where prohibited by law: (1) entry and/or a winner’s acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised (including but not limited to posting on a Website), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or the Prizes awarded (except if a winner is a resident of TN or wherever prohibited by law), and (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of each Entry however Sponsor sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Additionally, by opting-in to a specific offer from the Sweepstakes Entities, entrants’ personal information will be subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of the applicable Sweepstakes Entities and entrants agree to receive additional e-mail communication from those Sweepstakes Entities. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes may be subject to prosecution and is not eligible for a Prize. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing from among all salvageable eligible Entries received as of the termination date, if any. In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant who submitted a winning Entry, the owner of the e-mail account will be deemed the entrant, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and as long as owner of the email account is Eligible as outlined above (see Eligibility).

Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for, and will deem ineligible, multiple Entries submitted using multiple/different e-mail addresses, Entries that are entered by other than human means or mass Entries (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. Releasees shall not be liable to a winner or any other person for failure to supply a Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, threatened terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control.

Disputes: Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or the Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Nevada law, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties agree that any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the Eight Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Arbitration and Mediation Services, before a single, neutral arbitrator and has no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred while enforcing the award. Any Dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.

By entering the sweepstakes, entrants specifically release and hold harmless, and each of its respective parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and advertising agencies (collectively, “Administrators”) from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the sweepstakes or participation in any sweepstakes-related activity (including without limitation the removal from the site of, or discontinuation of access to, any materials), or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will the Administrators be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of any access to and/or use of the sweepstakes site, the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from the sweepstakes site, the removal from the sweepstakes site of, or discontinuation of access to, any materials, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or participation in, any prize awarded in connection with the sweepstakes. Without limiting the foregoing, the sweepstakes, all prizes, and all materials provided on or through the site are provided “as is” without guaranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation the implied guarantees of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
